After 5 years of working for Willie Nelson's Cannabis Company, Willie's Reserve, Rachel decided to make her own waves and founded T&HC in the summer of 2020. With a demonstrated history of running marketing teams, she's an experienced brand builder, communicator, designer, and campaign creator. A seasoned strategist with experience executing local and national brand strategy for food, beverage, CPG, and cannabis brands.
Mash Brown Social Media Manager
Masha is the Social Media Manager at Thistle & Horn Consulting. Working in cannabis since Washington's medical days, she started as a budtender, evolving into management and marketing of farm and retail settings. Masha is a blogger, photographer, and content creator with a knack for community organizing and development.
Morella Mora Director of Content
Morella is a full-time writer and Latina immigrant with a love for language and travel. She is dedicated to progressing social justice and aims to always be culturally competent in her work. What would the cannabis industry be like without Liz Blaz!? We shudder at the thought. Liz is a decade-long veteran of the cannabis industry, she keeps us connected to the heart of the industry. Liz also provides her cannaibs expertise to the NY based boutique law firm Hiller PC.
